Hey everyone! I’m Angelica Moton, your Real Estate Agent  with Stokes & Co Realty! For over 9 years, I had the opportunity to serve the City of Birmingham in the Planning, Engineering, and Permits Department. During that time, I gained valuable knowledge and a behind-the-scenes perspective on the processes that help shape our communities. After years of seeing real estate from the government side, I decided it was time to take my passion, knowledge, and experience to the next level by stepping into the exciting world of real estate!

What makes my journey special is that I’m not just entering this industry with excitement. I understand that there's so much more to a property than what meets the eye, and I want to use that knowledge to help my clients ask the right questions and make informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, my most rewarding role is being a mother!  Motherhood has taught me patience, compassion, dedication, and the importance of creating a place to call home. 

I may be a new face in real estate, but I'm certainly not new to the world behind it! Whether you're buying your first home, selling, investing, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to make your experience informative, exciting, and as stress-free as possible. I'm bringing a little personality, a whole lot of heart, and 9+ years of valuable insight to the table!
